Welcome

Longboat Key Towers aerial viewThe incomparable Gulf beaches and the golf course ...  every apartment overlooks both! Longboat Key Towers is actually two graceful twelve-story buildings,  connected by a one-story element, with a total of 88 apartments.

This unique twin tower architectural design concept gives every apartment balconied exposures to the east and the west.  And half of the apartments, those on the end of each tower, have three exposures.

The one-story connecting element includes a resident manager's apartment, manager's office, men and women's sauna baths, individual storage locker for each apartment and a corridor connecting the twin towers.

Each building is two towers with a central elevator core.  Therefore, each apartment extends completely through the building from east to west.  The "tower" concept of design eliminates the necessity for long corridors.  There is a semi-private entry foyer on each floor which serves as a formal entry for only the two apartments on that floor.  Longboat Key Towers offers a degree of privacy rarely found in apartment buildings.

Equally unique is the magnificent site - between the Gulf and the golf course in a private country club community.
